Miami started their season with a loss, but have been rolling over their past four games. Can they take down Florida State on Saturday?
The No. 17 Miami Hurricanes will play host to the Florida State Seminoles on Saturday, beginning at 3:30 p.m. ET on ABC (live streaming via WatchESPN).
The season hasn’t gone as expected for either team, with the Hurricanes thrashing four unranked opponents, but losing to then-No. 25 LSU in Week 1. It’s been a lot worse for Florida State, who is 3-2, with losses against Syracuse and then-No. 20 Virginia Tech in their opener.
The Seminoles have a very tough schedule going forward, and the loss to Syracuse really hurt them overall. They have Miami, Clemson, NC State, Notre Dame and Florida still on the schedule. Miami has a relatively easy schedule remaining, with Virginia Tech being their lone ranked upcoming opponent.
